One of the key industry sectors MSSA Care Personnel provides specialist recruitment staff to is the Aged Care market. We have long standing relationships with many community care organisations, nursing homes and hostels who provide care to the elderly.  By supplying these organisations with quality staff, we have been able to structure our service to meet the unique requirements of the Aged Care sector. To achieve these service objectives we have set up a specialist team that is highly trained to meet the specific service expectations of our clients.

MSSA Care Personnel understands that providing nurses and care support staff to Aged Care facilities is very different from providing temporary staff to hospitals. In Aged Care it is not only about providing excellence in care when meeting residents clinical needs but also about their lifestyle and spiritual needs, maintaining sensitivity to their cultural backgrounds and building a relationship with both the resident and their families. When placing permanent, temporary or casual staff in Aged Care facilities we endeavour to place a staff member who has previously worked there to minimise disruption to both the residents and the team and to maximise continuity for the facility.

Our consultants themselves have backgrounds within the health care area (Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Personal Careers) and / or recruitment experience. We appreciate the reliance and importance our clients place on emergency casual, temporary and permanent support services and as a consequence we aim to provide you with the very best.

We have an extensive nurse and allied health staff screening process and selection process to ensure our temporary employees meet the competency requirements of our clients which includes, comprehensive interviews, verbal reference checking with supervisors, induction programs, criminal record checks, and on going evaluation of our staff to ensure their standard of care remains high whilst they are employed through MSSA Care Personnel. We have extensive insurance coverage for all our staff members that generally exceed the requirements of our Aged Care clients.

MSSA Care Personnel has high service standards and we recognise the need to respond quickly and effectively to requests for staff. We offer a 24 hour service 365 days of the year to help our clients maintain a high standard of care for their residents at all times.
