Casual and Contract Positions
Casual and Contract work is available in the following areas:

Candidates with a desire for flexibility and change in their working environment will enjoy the opportunity to work with MSSA anywhere in Australia.
Depending on how adventurous you are feeling, MSSA is able to arrange casual or contract work varying from large city residential units to people's private homes, aged care facilities to childcare facilities, private clients to public clients.
Securing a casual position with us is where you have the opportunity to choose the shifts you want to work from. You can choose to go to a number of different sites or choose your favourite places to work and we find the shifts to suit your needs. If you are looking for a more flexible lifestyle or simply a couple of shifts to save for that special holiday than we can arrange agency shifts for you.
Securing a contract position with us means that you will be rostered to a particular organisation for a regular period of time for an agreed durataion of time. Contracts can last anything from 2 weeks to 6mths.

Permanent Positions
With staffing shortages across our sector, our clients are always interested to hear from candidates wanting permanent full-time and part-time positions. We have preferred suppliers agreements in place for many organisations throughout Australia.
MSSA takes the leg work out of finding a permanent position. As we are in touch with our clients throughout Australia on a daily basis we know where the vacancies are, many even before they are advertised. We will take all the hard work out of finding a suitable position for you by liaising on your behalf and arranging interview times with our clients which lightens their load as well.
International Candidates
If you are an overseas candidate and are on a working holiday visa or some other DIMA approved working visa, we can provide you work! 'Register with us' at the top of this page and we'll find something that fits in with your travels.
If you are unable to obtain a working holiday visa due to age restrictions or are looking for a more permanent working role in Australia, both we and our clients offer sponsorships for suitably qualified candidates. MSSA can assist you in both instances.
We have an international team that will walk you through the whole process including what to expect from Immigration and eventually our clients.
