We are committed to delivering quality service and peace of mind to our customers. We ensure that all our staff and recommended candidates are thoroughly screened and appropriately checked/qualified prior to being made available for any shifts or placements. MSSA has a dedicated recruitment team who interview, reference check, conduct police and relevant state and national authority working/background checks and provide a thorough induction briefing for all our workers and applicants.
To ensure your confidence in our service, we offer guarantees on the performance of our temporary/casual staff and permanent appointments. To further enhance our commitment to providing quality service, we ensure that all our workers have up to date skills coupled with a minimum of 6 months experience. To achieve this we conduct regular performance reviews, offer staff feedback through our formal client feedback sheets as well as making available regular training and government approved traineeships to our casual workers where felt appropriate.
