In Home Support
MSSA has a long history of supporting consumers and their families at home. We understand the issues faced by consumers and their families and the unique challenges in providing care within your own home.
Our co-ordinators are trained experts in this field, who respect the rights if the individual and are supported by a group of care workers with experience in caring for the elderly and people with disabilities. We have the expertise to design a care plan to suit your individual needs. We also understand that every consumer of our service is different and that it is critical to deliver a service that recognises their needs.
We only recruit staff with experience and with the right values to suit our clients. Our recruitment team are experts in the field and ensure that each of our care team undergo a comprehensive evaluation before joining our organisation. Our assessment includes a one-on-one interview, two reference checks, induction, police checks and where required working-with-children checks.
Our in-home support staff are fully insured for workers compensation, professional indemnity and public liability for peace of mind for our clients and carers. To further enhance our commitment to quality service we ensure that all of our carers have up-to-date skills to service your needs. We conduct regular performance reviews and offer training and government approved traineeships to our care team where appropriate. We provide a 24 hour service 365 days of the year. Placing people who care, every hour of every day.
