MSSA is a leading provider of disability, welfare, childcare, in-home, residential staffing solutions & local government community supported programs.

MSSA covers permanent, contract and temporary (agency/emergency) positions throughout these sectors. We recruit for all levels of employment.

Our intention is to utilise the combined resources of our group both locally and internationally, to meet the recruitment requirements of all our clients. We focus on sourcing the best people.

MSSA operates a 24 hour 7 day a week business. To our clients this means that all services including supporting or managing an after hours component of their business. Included in this is the ability to design and/or restructure an existing workforce through managing an in house casual pool of employees or recruitment and retention of key personnel.
