MSSA Care Personnel has been providing specialist staff to welfare and local government organisations for over ten years. During that period we have developed a reputation with government and not-for-profit organisations as a reliable, ethical service with a capability to fill challenging assignments that others cannot.

Our welfare consulting team has considerable field experience and as a consequence they relate to the challenges faced by you and field workers in this complex area of community welfare. Every day we fill assignments in diverse areas such as child protection, residential care, forensic, youth work, social work through to adult drug rehabilitation programs.  It is this capacity to relate to and service this large range of assignments that sets us apart from our competitors and provides the variety of shifts our field workers require.

The screening of suitable staff is fundamental to our selection process for our field workers. All candidates are evaluated by a face-to-face competency-based interview, reference checked, their criminal records are checked through a federal police check and undergo a thorough induction before they commence work with our clients. In addition we offer ongoing training and regular performance evaluations to ensure that our field workers are suitable for the assignments we offer.

In addition we insure all of our field workers for workers compensation, professional indemnity and public liability insurance to offer our workers and clients peace of mind. We provide our service 24 hour service 365 days of the year. We are always available to help you when you need us.
